Set-Up Crew
Time: 9:00–11:00 a.m.

Host/Hostess at Entry
Shifts:
- 6:00–8:00 p.m. — 3 volunteers
- 8:00–10:00 p.m. — 3 volunteers
Silent Auction
Shifts:
- 6:00–8:00 p.m. — 2 volunteers
- 8:00–10:00 p.m. — 2 volunteers
Cornhole Tournament
Shifts:
- 6:00–8:00 p.m. — 2 volunteers
- 8:00–10:00 p.m. — 2 volunteers
Karaoke Stage and Singing Competition
Shifts:
- 6:00–8:00 p.m. — 3 volunteers
- 8:00–10:00 p.m. — 3 volunteers
Game Facilitators
Shifts:
- 6:00–8:00 p.m. — 20 volunteers
- 8:00–10:00 p.m. — 20 volunteers
