Be The Change Permian Basin is a youth development nonprofit serving students across the Permian Basin. The organization focuses on helping young people become the best version of themselves by providing programs that build trust, goal-setting skills, mentorship, leadership, and emotional intelligence. Through school and community partnerships, Be The Change equips students with encouragement, practical tools, and support to overcome obstacles and grow into responsible, resilient, and caring adults.
